We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a luxury residential property in Brooklyn, responsible for showcasing the property, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Leasing Agent or in a customer-facing real estate role, preferably in luxury residential properties.
• Strong understanding of the Brooklyn real estate market and luxury living trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Manager) and Microsoft/Google Office Suite.
• A valid New York real estate license is required.
