Job Description
Business Changers is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Rome. The role focuses on identifying business requirements and analyzing complex IT systems. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate processes, and ensure alignment between business and technical solutions. They will contribute to training materials and project post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Collect and analyze business requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed functional documents (use cases, user stories, process flows)
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Create process models
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Monitor and report project progress
- Contribute to development of training materials
- Participate in post-implementation reviews
