Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CTO) to develop and optimize strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Government Contracting and exceptional communication and strategic skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Federal Contractor, with at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive-level Growth Leader.
• Exceptional demonstrated verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
