Job Description
BTI is seeking Security Receptionists to support Department of Energy - Oak Ridge Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role involves controlling entrance and exit, handling visitor inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area. The position is dual-hatted, allowing receptionists to perform Security Escort duties and fulfill additional requests.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Ample experience with administrative/clerical functions
- Familiarity with U.S. Government (USG) security practices
- Ability to manage multiple visitors simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
