People & Talent Acquisition Manager

BusPlanner is seeking a People & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full recruitment process, encompassing recruitment, talent sourcing, and people operations. This high-ownership role will be the first dedicated people hire, working closely with leadership to scale the team and identify top talent, focusing on both inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in growing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Actively lead the full recruitment process.
• Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offer letters and other recruitment tasks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Support lightweight HR operations.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workable.
• Assist with basic HR functions.
