Goal-oriented leadership and consulting
as well as autonomous control of complex development projects along the entire product life cycle, especially in the automotive industry - and that always in cooperation with our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Establishment and implementation of efficient project management in the classical and agile environment, e.g. in the core disciplines of communication, time and change management.
- Analysis, optimization and introduction of processes as well as selection and implementation of the right [bu:st] methods and tools.
- Acquisition of comprehensive knowledge around our product landscape for application and further development in the customer environment.
- Methodical leadership and design of change processes in organizational structures.
You should bring this:
- Quick and high perception ability, which you have been able to prove in your studies or comparable experience.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Enthusiasm for changes, projects and processes in technical environments as well as complex structures.
- Problem-solving-oriented, analytical thinking and structured action as well as the ability and commitment to implement.
- Feeling for building relationships in projects.
- Ability to put yourself in the role and the challenges of the customer.
- Mobility and fun at work in interdisciplinary project teams.
- Fluent English skills in word and writing.
