Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a day treatment setting, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic services.
Requirements
- Conduct screening and comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Deliver crisis intervention services
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
