As an Onboarding and Implementation Accountant, you will guide clients through the onboarding process and advocate for best practices to ensure precise financial management. You will oversee the integration of prior financial books into the Back Office Accounting Software and promote comprehensive expertise in industry standards and software solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Restaurant/hospitality industry experience is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients and internal teams
- Strong critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
