BuzzyBooth is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help clients succeed and grow with their photo-booth-powered marketing automation platform.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE PRIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCENT.
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and solution-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
