Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our clients succeed and grow with our photo-booth-powered marketing automation platform. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll guide them through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and help them unlock more value.

Requirements

• Prior customer success experience
• Ability to communicate in English with little to no accent
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
