We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who'll help our clients succeed and grow with us by guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Prior customer success experience
- Ability to communicate in English with little to no accent
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
