Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive external documentation for our APIs. As a Technical Writer, you will empower developers to integrate and use our payment solutions efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of industry experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a language (Technical Communication, English) or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent technical knowledge/experience
• Experience with the docs-as-code workflows, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working with static-site generators
• Proficiency in writing API documentation using the OpenAPI/Swagger specification
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar
• Familiarity with API standards (e.g., REST, OpenAPI) and payment systems (crypto and fiat)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate documentation
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
