Job Description
This position is for a Technical & Maintenance Manager in Gabon focusing on BWE Gabon's medium and long-term maintenance strategy. The role involves managing maintenance programs, scheduling, coordinating contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and providing oversight for maintenance, inspections, and engineering operations. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Set up medium- and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure coordination with drilling, logistics, and operations.
- Plan and schedule Engineering scopes with close collaboration with Operations.
- Ensure compliance with Safety Critical Maintenance and manage Safety Critical Deviation Register.
- Support maintenance and inspections with vendors.
- Manage onshore major maintenance plans.
- Adhere to Management of Change (MoC) procedure.
- Implement initiatives to simplify supply chain.
