Operations Superintendent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other relevant area.
• Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex security concerns and develop effective solutions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
