Job Description
Site Reliability Engineer responsible for leading a technical team, identifying system deficiencies, and implementing automation and configuration updates. Coordinates with development engineering teams and follows program processes to ensure controlled changes to production systems.
Requirements
- Must have experience leading a technical team of engineers
- Must be able to understand complex enterprise IT system architectures
- Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Establish processes and procedures for maintaining infrastructure configuration management
- Must be able to effectively manage processes associated with the team's use of Git repositories
- Analyzes real world problems and implements solutions according to corporate and government guidelines
- Assures system stability, accessibility, and proper configuration of assigned technical systems and components
- Experience with Linux system management, VMware Cloud Foundations, and other Red Hat enterprise services
