Job Description
CESI is seeking a motivated technical candidate to support the management of an IT lab environment in support of the US Department of Defense. The candidate will provide critical management of this system, including updating the platform in both software and security updates, ensuring security compliance and User management.
Requirements
- Manage an IT lab environment in support of the US Department of Defense
- Provide critical management of this system
- Update the platform in both software and security updates
- Ensure security compliance and User management
- Provide help desk support to internal and external users
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve issues directly or when necessary, seek the appropriate engineering support to come to a resolution
