Rework Technician

Assembles and reworks ESS according to processes, troubleshoots, tests, repairs, and services equipment, and demonstrates attention to detail and organizational values.

Requirements

• Assembles each stage of ESS according to processes
• Troubleshoots, tests, repairs, and services equipment
• Diagnoses errors and communicates with customer and team to determine appropriate solution
• Reads schematics
• Uses measuring tape, levels, squares for installations based on Engineering documentation
• Uses standard hand tools, power tools, and multiple meters
• Drills and handles material such as fiberglass, plastics composites, and aluminum
• Installs and removes fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and rivets
• Applies adhesives and sealants to ESS processes
• Installs and repairs of cooling system
• Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational values
• Follows instruction, responds to management direction, and upholds safety and security procedures
