Job Description
Byrider is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales & Development to own the entire franchise growth funnel. This role involves prospecting, closing deals with high-net-worth individuals and experienced operators, and collaborating with the VP of Franchising. The position is results-oriented and focuses on building a strong franchise development strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in franchise development, B2B sales, or business development
- Proven ability to close high-value, long-cycle deals (preferably $1,000,000+)
- Track record of building trust with high-net-worth individuals and investor groups
- Strong knowledge of the franchise sales process, including FDD disclosure and territory planning
- CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to sales management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed
