We are seeking a HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations, supporting 100 employees.
Requirements
- Serve as the on-site HR representative for employees and supervisors
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate safety training
- Translate HR policies, procedures, and communications
- Handle employee relations matters and coach supervisors on best practices
- Support performance management and corrective action processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in Paycom
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping audits
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and open enrollment communications
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
