Requirements
- General Understanding of Dining Room Procedures
- 1-year Management Experience
- Intermediate knowledge of beer and wine- vending, production, presentation
- Understanding of Upscale Dining and accompanying caliber of food
- Impeccable standards of service, and guest accommodation
