Staff Cloud Operations Engineer

Our clients Cloud Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join a team focused on building reliable and scalable cloud solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing deployment automation solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and improving service availability. The team will collaborate with the Dev/QA to implement best cloud solutions for customers.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain clients service infrastructure in AWS, GCP & Azure
• Participate in continuous cloud service operations with remote cloud operations teams
• Troubleshoot and follow up on production infrastructure / application related issues
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution
• Communicate with Dev/QA and external carriers
• Participate in release deployment, system maintenance, and cloud expansion
• Improve service availability and scalability
• Analyze service performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable improvement plans
• Improve service monitoring coverage
• Improve service security and compliance implementation
