The role involves understanding customer technical landscapes, providing tailored security solutions, onboarding clients, facilitating training, and advocating for cybersecurity best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to a successful customer and employee experience.

Requirements

• Manage the installation and integration of Enterprise security solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and facilitate project success.
• Develop best practices for program/project management, communication artefacts, reporting, and capability improvements.
• Develop models for resource planning and consumption as well as key performance metrics for project/program success.
• Communicate effectively, organize, and problem-solve.
