Requirements
- BS Civil Engineer
- 3-5 years experience (preferred)
- PE preferred (not required)
- AutoCAD 2017 or higher required
- Civil 3D, AES, or other Hydrology/ Hydraulic software
- Proficient in oral and written skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
