Job Description
As IT Manager, you will take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, security posture and support processed as we continue to scale. You will be responsible for the entire IT operations at C12, including infrastructure, security compliance, device fleet management, network administration, onboarding/offboarding, and user support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Expertise in centralised device management such as Intune, MDMs
- Proficient with Google workspace, SaaS applications, SSO, and identity management
- Good understanding of Active Directory, domain functionality, and user administration
- Strong grasp of network protocols, network administration, and segmentation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French
