Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and help us achieve our mission of creating a new urban mobility model. You will be responsible for driving innovative solutions and effective strategies for the B2B segment, providing an excellent service that fosters solid relationships with our corporate clients.

Requirements

• +5 years in Business Development Representative/Manager, Account Management, or B2B commercial roles.
• Experience managing large-sized accounts (enterprise, mid-market).
• Demonstrable history of portfolio growth, expansion, or post-sale revenue.
• Strong results and revenue orientation.
• Analytical capacity to read data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear, consultative, and strategic communication.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
