Operational Excellence Manager

Operational Excellence Manager at Cabify. We're looking for a professional to help us achieve our mission of offering a safe, reliable, and superior service to our audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational process improvement, consulting, or related fields, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields, specialization in operations or process improvement (desirable)
• More than 3 years of experience in operational process improvement, consulting, or related fields
• More than 1 year of experience in managing high-performance teams
• Analytical mindset and data-driven experience, with experience in problem-solving
• Proven knowledge and experience in implementing continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma, and other agile methodologies
• Proven knowledge of process design and redesign, creation of manuals, flowcharts, and management indicators
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, scenario simulation, and quantitative methods
• Proactivity, assertiveness, and passion
• Excellent management of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and influence teams
• Corporate presentation skills
• Intermediate English required
• Additional knowledge desired: Programming languages Data Analytics & Statistics applied to processes Advanced management of databases, preferably Tableau
