Job Description
Cabrera Auto is seeking a BDC (CCR) Sales Officer to join their team and maintain customer sales volume. The role focuses on increasing traffic and sales by managing quotas, ensuring service quality, and tracking customer behavior. Responsibilities include call center operations, CRM usage, communication with the BD Counselor, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Administration of Business or its equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
- Excellent mathematical skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge in sales CRM software, primarily in the area of Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in Spanish and English oral and written.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and basic fundamentals.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
