Cabrera Auto is looking for a Quick Lube & Greeters Service Supervisor to join their team. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring quality control, and maximizing sales.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Techs Quick Lube
- Work closely with Service Advisors Quick Lube to maximize sales of maintenance and related products
- Perform the 'double check' inspection at the end of each unit
- Ensure that we meet the waiting times offered to the customer
- Coordinate with the Quick Lube team to maintain a clean and organized area
- Supervise the Quick Lube staff and provide guidance, training, and support
- Supervise all Service Greeters and provide services such as customer reception, unit delivery, and unit movement
- Establish and maintain high standards of quality control
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure that necessary supplies and materials are available
- Resolve any problems or conflicts that arise in the shop
- Ensure that work areas are clean and safe in compliance with Safety Standards
