Job Description
Our Legal & Claims Practice Group is seeking a Claims Advocate to handle a wide range of tasks in a professional, well organized, and flexible manner. As a Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of claims management for clients of CAC’s Financial Lines Practice Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (paralegal certification is beneficial)
- 7-10 years relevant work experience required
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to engage with and present confidently to clients and prospects, as well as internally
- Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions to address those needs
- Ability to set realistic client expectations and deliver in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
