Job Description
The Operating Partner program is designed to help prospective CEOs/COOs/VPs/GPs and/or GMs/Presidents of newly acquired software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or service-based businesses. They are expected to act as key leaders, advising the leadership team on strategy, analyzing challenges, and monitoring performance. The goal is to provide capital and infrastructure to allow for business growth and scaling. The program focuses on startups and enterprise-level businesses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports.
- Extensive knowledge in operations, including resource planning, demand planning, business planning, corporate strategy, communications, leadership, benchmarking, and forecasting.
- Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel and be flexible with work arrangements.
- Experience in managing external relations with community organizations.
