Job Description
This position offers a role within the CADDi Software Development team. The role involves managing a team, contributing to code, code reviews, and architectural decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and recruiting and training others. The position requires both software engineering skills and business acumen. The focus is on scalability and delivering results.
Requirements
- Experience as a development team manager with leadership and results generation.
- Experience developing and operating products as a software engineer with hands-on coding.
- Experience with technology verification, requirements analysis, architecture design, and infrastructure construction.
- Experience in driving Scrum and Agile development processes.
- Fluent business communication skills in English.
- Must reside in Vietnam or have plans to relocate.
