Principal UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an outstanding UX/UI designer to lead the design of the Orion platform. You will apply user-experience research and design methodologies to catalyze the development of the platform for molecular design.

Requirements

• Conduct high-quality user research to develop user personas and design strategy
• Create and iteratively refine design solutions through mocks, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Measure product success and value delivery through analytics
• Participate in formulating strategic product vision as it relates to user experience design
• Coach stakeholders in key aspects of design
• Contribute to building design resources with developers
