Job Description
Cadence is hiring a Senior Principal Software Engineer to design and develop Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, contributing to the development of advanced routing engine and collaborating with other engineering teams.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- M.S. in the same fields with 9+ years of industry experience
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and data structures/algorithms
- Solid understanding of EDA tools and IC physical design concepts
- Experience with signal routing algorithms or related optimization techniques is a plus
