Cadent is seeking a Director, Real Estate & Facilities to manage our dynamic portfolio of locations across the United States. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to business leaders, shaping a workplace experience that drives our culture, enhances employee engagement, and ensures operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Extensive experience in project management
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into an actionable real estate and facilities strategy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
