Job Description
Leading Managing Agent of Retail Spaces, developing leasing strategies to enhance trade mix in commercial properties and improve leasing through space curation.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications
- Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement would be an advantage
