Quality Technician I

Cadrex is searching for a Quality Technician I to support manufacturing practices through development, evaluation, and improvement of processes using quality concepts and methodologies.

Requirements

• Release product for shipping by ensuring proper documentation/certifications are provided as outlined by customer requirements
• Understand and apply basic GD&T concepts
• Proficient in dimensional verification of PPAP and first article parts
• Provide direct support to the production floor by assisting with interpretation/development of manufacturing related documentation and providing or teaching proper measuring techniques
• Provide technical inspection of manufactured and raw materials at ‘receiving’ as outlined by the process
• Collect data, evaluate, and present quality metrics
• Program and operate FARO & Micro-Vu measurement equipment proficiently
• Attend department meetings as required
