Plan, organize, and manage operations and activities of a finance function, including treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management, and accounting.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant or CPA (USA)
- Minimum 10 years experience
- In depth knowledge of accounting principles, public company financial reporting & practices experience
- Proven management accounting skills and experience including forecasting and budgeting
- Well-established experience in corporate consolidation
- Proven experience in treasury related activities
- Proven experience in preparing complex business models
- Knowledge of different costing principles
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Essential knowledge and experience in Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Enterprise
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle
- Ability to manage stress and work well under pressure
