Job Description
This role is for a Brew Brothers Expeditor at El Dorado Scioto Downs in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will ensure all food on the line is restocked, maintained at correct temperatures, and distributed according to set portions. This involves cleaning the food line, ensuring correct plate preparation, and maintaining standards for a public space.
Requirements
- Must ensure that all food on food line is restocked
- Must maintain correct temperature and distribution of food
- Must ensure plates are ready for tables
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
- Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
- Must be able to pass a background investigation
