Job Description
Maintain department training and procedure manuals, coordinate responses to guest inquiries, investigate patron database accounts, and provide administrative and project support to Database Marketing, Advertising, and Design teams.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools preferred
