Engineer - Facilities & Engineering - Full-time (Harrahs LV)

This Engineer role is based at Harrahs LV, focusing on the maintenance of facilities and equipment. The Engineer will repair, maintain, and replace parts, ensuring equipment longevity and minimizing downtime. They will also perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues with water heaters, pumps, and plumbing, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standards, and positive customer relations.

Requirements

• Plumbing - Soft soldering, Sil Phos brazing, pipe threading machine, estimating, layout and fabrication of plumbing systems, cast iron pipe, steam and condensate systems.
• Welding - Steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
• Electrical - low and high voltage, conduit, troubleshooting.
• Refrigeration - low, medium and high temp, central and remote systems.
• Central Plant - chillers, pumps, air compressor sand controls.
• Boiler Plant - steam production, hot water production, pumps and controls.
• Maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in all climates.
