General Maintenance Tech (Horseshoe)

Caesars Entertainment is seeking full-time General Maintenance Techs for Horseshoe Council Bluffs, in Illinois. The role involves performing maintenance services, repairs, and administrative tasks in a varied area of the facility, with the potential for tuition assistance, student loan repayment, and a 401k program with a company match. Comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, Life/Safety Systems, boilers, chillers, emergency power systems, UPS systems, pumps, motors, VFD’s, and Energy Management Systems.
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to learn and comply with the laws and regulations affecting the casino and racing industry.
• Excellent logical thinking skills and strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent customer and employee relation’s skills
• Written/verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Customer Feedback – Internal and External Guest letters and comment cards, verbal feedback
