Job Description
Horseshoe Casino is seeking a Lead Cook (Banquets) to join their team. The role involves managing food preparation, ensuring proper sanitation, supervising cooks, and maintaining a clean environment in the dining area. Candidates will need to be available to work various shifts including holidays and weekends.
Requirements
- Check and ensure adequate supply of foods and seasonings.
- Prepare sauces, gravies and other foods of medium and higher complexity according to directions.
- Supervise activities of Cooks and Cooks II.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas.
- Follow safety rules.
- Manage workstation and food storage.
