Payments Architect

Caesars is seeking a Payments Architect to lead the design and evolution of their payments architecture, aligning with their future payments strategy. The role involves hands-on involvement with payments systems, risk management, and collaboration with multiple teams. It's a remote position based in Jersey City, NJ or Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on payments systems.
• 6-9 years of software engineering experience, ideally in high-volume, regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of payment services, standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
• Modern API / Service based architecture experience and track record of delivering scalable payments solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and event-driven systems.
• Expertise in designing and building APIs and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
