Job Description
The Security Dispatcher plays a key role in providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members at Caesars Entertainment Horseshoe LV property. The dispatcher will be responsible for performing various security duties, including guest assistance, communication, patrol, incident reporting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. They'll need to be alert for suspicious activity, maintain professionalism, and utilize communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years preferred prior security experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Nevada Gaming Card, an Alcohol Awareness Card (AES), and a valid Nevada Driver’s License
