Security Supervisor

Caesars Entertainment, Inc., is seeking a Security Supervisor to provide direct and general supervision to security staff, ensuring effective security operations. The role involves overseeing staffing, scheduling, monitoring, and training team members, as well as maintaining security awareness and responding to incidents. This position requires a physical role with potential for long shifts.

Requirements

• Oversees staffing, scheduling, evaluating, training, developing, monitoring and lead team members in such a manner to maintain a positive employee relations culture.
• Maintain, through supervision and direct observation, all property activity.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensures that all areas of guest service are adhered to.
• Schedule training classes on various topics such as CPR, Fire Fighting & Response, First-Aid, and general security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
