Job Description
The Sous Chef will oversee all kitchen staff and activities to maintain efficiency, safety, and food quality. Responsibilities include managing personnel, ensuring food preparation, handling stock, and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires a strong work ethic and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Work requires a minimum of a two year Culinary Arts School
- Work requires three years of restaurant/foodservice, including 3 years supervisory experience
- Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
