Job Description
Caesars Digital is seeking a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join their retail operation. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, ensuring fair and responsible betting practices, and advising customers on wagering options. Candidates should be flexible, have strong communication skills, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 21+ years of age or older
- High level of customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
