Job Description
Caesars Digital is seeking a Sportsbook Supervisor to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere at their sportsbook locations. This role involves advising customers on sports betting options, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The supervisor will be a key member of the retail operation and a team leader.
Requirements
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 21+ years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a gaming license from Nevada Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions
