Job Description
Caesars Digital, part of Caesars Entertainment, is seeking a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to provide excellent customer service at their sportsbook location. The role involves interacting with public, answering customer questions, and ensuring a positive experience while following all company and gaming control board regulations. Requirements
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Excel, internet)
- 2+ years of cash handling experience in a work setting
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
