Renewal Operations Manager

CAI is a leading provider of digital work execution platforms designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive productivity in industrial environments. The Renewal Operations Manager is responsible for building, optimizing, and executing the processes that ensure high renewal rates, operational efficiency, and predictable recurring revenue.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals Management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models (e.g., SaaS, subscription services)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and quoting/CPQ tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
• Strong project management and process documentation experience
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
